Adonis Blue is in the business of applying psychological expertise to solve all manner of people issues in the workplace. Our aim is to remove limitations, taking people from crawling to flying… then your business will soar.

I’m an Occupational Psychologist & Executive Coach (chartered with the BPS and registered with the HCPC). I am passionate about people development, and I am known for my collaborative, research-based, strengths-focused approach. I am an established Senior Lecturer in Business Psychology too, allowing me to create a successful blend of academic rigour & realistic business solutions.

You might have a suspicion about what’s holding your teams back (let’s chat!) but like a good doctor, I’ll work with you to run the right diagnostics & I’ll recommend & provide the best evidence-based remedies. My professional doctorate makes me an expert in all things to do with people at work - so I’m guaranteed to find the right way forward.
